Shipping & Returnings

 You are warmly welcomed to come to our online store, you may surprise to find that we are specific to supply new and fashion brand women clothes. All our goods can be delivered door to door that can enable you to purchase the things you want conveniently and quickly.



Dresswonder partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, IB, and EMS to offer three shipping methods:
a. Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
b. Standard Shipping: 6-8 business days

c. Flat Rate Shipping: 7-25 business days


1.For Standard Shipping we ship your package by Express Mail Service (EMS), which takes 6-8 business days to most countries in the world. You can track your shipment on If you're located in the US, you can track your package on The tracking number will usually be listed on these sites 1 to 2 days after we ship your goods. 

2.For Expedited Shipping we shipDHL/UPS/IB or o by ther expedited shipping, depending on your location, regularly takes 3-7 business days.
3.For Free Shipping we use our flat rate shipping method. Please see point 4 for details.


You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.


Important Notes

• Postal deliveries: If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, Please kindly  You may click the live chat support or e-mail us with any questions, concerns, or comments. We will provide a delivery deadline and then offer a solution.

• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.



30 Days Return Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. All returnable items must be sent back in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed with their tags and labels. 


1.Please contact us immediately stating your order number and the item code and explain us the issue. Please attach photographs to show us the problem so we can assist you fully.

2. We review your complaint and offer a solution promptly.

Note: Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot be refunded.


Cases that under Return warranty

1.Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items:

Our items go through a very strict quality control to prevent such cases. Once we receive your information, and attachments we will allow a return by giving you a R.M.A form. Then once we receive the package, we will send you an exchange at our own expense or refund you in full.


2. Missing items and partial delivery

Before signing for the package, please check the contents carefully. Then, contact us with clear photograph, your order number and SKU(product) number. We will solve these problems correctly and immediately once we receive your comments.


3.Fine but unwanted items offers 30 day return warranty after received what you order.If you return the item for an exchange or refund, you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways.


Additional Warranty Note

--The items you returned must be approved by our customer service team firstly, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without a corresponding RMA form and/or not matching the requirements listed above will not be accepted.

--The items you returned must be in good condition ,unworn, unaltered, unwashed with their tags and labels.
